Ingredients
- - 2 cups rolled oats
- - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- - 1/4 cup honey
- - 1/4 teaspoon salt
- - 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, and salt until combined.
- 3. Fold in the mixed berries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press down firmly with your hands or a spatula to create an even layer.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
