Baby Shawarma

This soft baby-friendly version of the popular Middle Eastern wrap is made with roasted turkey, apples, and hummus. The natural sweetness of the apples and the smoky flavor of the roast turkey are tasty but gentle enough for babies to enjoy! Pack it in a lunchbox or serve as a quick dinner that baby can get her hands on.

Ingredients

  • - 2 ounces roasted turkey, diced
  • - 1/4 cup hummus
  • - 1/2 apple, peeled and diced

Preparation

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the diced turkey, hummus, and diced apple.
  2. 2. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. 3. Serve in a wrap or on its own as a dip for baby to enjoy!

Notes

You can also add other vegetables such as carrots or cucumbers to the mix for extra nutrition and flavor!
