Ingredients
- Breadfruit Purée:
- - 2 cups breadfruit, peeled and cubed
- - 1/4 cup coconut milk
- - 2 tablespoons agave sweetener
- Toppings:
- - Sliced mangoes
- - Sliced kiwi
- - Sliced pineapple
Preparation
- 1. Place the breadfruit cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2. Add the coconut milk and agave sweetener to the blender and blend until combined.
- 3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or texture as desired.
- 4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for toppings.
- 5. Top with your favorite tropical fruits and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra special treat, try adding a few drops of vanilla extract or a pinch of ground cinnamon to the purée before freezing!
