Breadfruit Popsicle

Ingredients

  • Breadfruit Purée:
  • - 2 cups breadfruit, peeled and cubed
  • - 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • - 2 tablespoons agave sweetener
  • Toppings:
  • - Sliced mangoes
  • - Sliced kiwi
  • - Sliced pineapple

Preparation

  1. 1. Place the breadfruit cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the coconut milk and agave sweetener to the blender and blend until combined.
  3. 3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or texture as desired.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for toppings.
  5. 5. Top with your favorite tropical fruits and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For an extra special treat, try adding a few drops of vanilla extract or a pinch of ground cinnamon to the purée before freezing!
